ANONYMOUS DONOR DONATES $100 MILLION TO CAMH

The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health is off to a good start in 2018, as they learn of a $100 million dollars donation from an anonymous donour. CAMH states the funds will be invested in research to help mental health care transformation. It is estimated that 20% (1 in 5) of the adult population experiences mental illness in any given year. By the age of 40, it can be as high as 1 in 2 adults that have or have had a mental illness. Research is greatly needed to address this growing global problem. To learn more visit:
